    • Developed and maintained backend services and APIs supporting mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web portals for the Sime Darby Property platform.
    • Implemented core business logic, workflows, and data validation for features including property ownership management, construction progress tracking, document management, defect reporting, and key handover processes.
    • Designed and optimized API endpoints to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient communication across mobile and web platforms.
    • Collaborated closely with frontend, mobile, and web developers to align API contracts, resolve integration issues, and deliver features end-to-end.

  2. Software Developer

    • Built an internal procurement module using Next.js, Supabase, Prisma, and MUI to streamline cross-departmental purchasing, featuring RFQ and PR forms with Approval workflows, automated PO and invoice generation, and supplier ledger tracking and integration to push data to Xero accounting, improving approval efficiency and financial accuracy.
    • Designed and implemented a fixed asset management module including Fixed Asset and Vehicle Register/Disposal forms, and built custom logic to track active (non-disposed) assets, enhancing accuracy and compliance of asset record within the ERP.
    • Developed an insurance module to modernise and streamline car insurance workflows with ledger tracking, quotation generation, and API integration for real-time data retrieval. Enabled end-to-end process automation within the company’s internal ecosystem.
    • Collaborated closely with team leads through daily stand-ups to align on priorities, report progress, and ensure timely delivery of development tasks.
    • Implemented CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate testing and deployment, enhancing delivery speed and reliability.
